Total Performance
The ideal window for speed and strength
Middle school is the single best age to develop speed, strength, and power that lasts an athlete's entire career. Total Performance splits training into focused speed sessions covering explosive movement, acceleration and change of direction, and strength sessions built on proper lifting technique with a coach on every rep.
- Speed sessions: acceleration, top speed, change of direction
- Strength sessions: technique-first lifting in small groups
- Memberships and 10-packs work across both class types
- Train in-season and out of season. Packages fit both
