These terms govern your use of www.momentumap1.com, operated by Momentum Athletic Performance ("MAP", "we", "us") of 6800 Thrush Drive, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. By using this site or booking through it, you agree to these terms.

Bookings, Payments and Memberships

Class bookings, memberships, session packs and purchases made through this site are processed by WellnessLiving, our scheduling and payment platform, and are also subject to WellnessLiving's terms. Prices, schedules and program availability may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Questions about billing, cancellations or refunds can be sent to Ryan@momentumAP1.com or raised with us at the front desk.

Training Services and Assumption of Risk

Athletic training involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. Participation in any MAP program requires a signed waiver and release, completed during registration, by a parent or legal guardian for athletes under 18. Website content, including blog posts and training descriptions, is general information, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false booking information, or infringe the rights of others. Accounts created in our booking system must contain accurate contact information for a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property

The MAP name, logos, photos and site content belong to Momentum Athletic Performance or are used with permission, including Parisi Speed School marks used under our affiliate license. You may not reuse them without written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, MAP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here replaces or modifies the signed waiver that governs in-facility training.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
